Veyra Sky Support
Veyra is independently made and supported. Describe what you were doing and what you expected. For the iPhone app, include your device and iOS version; for the web app, include your browser. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive birth data.

Veyra Sky for iPhone
The iPhone app works offline and has no account or sign-in. Your chart and saved profiles remain on your device. If a calculation looks stale, open Settings, confirm the birth date, time, timezone, and coordinates, then choose Recalculate Chart.
Veyra Plus purchases
Veyra Plus for iPhone is a one-time purchase through Apple. If access does not unlock after a completed purchase, open Veyra Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Historical monthly or annual subscribers retain access while Apple reports a current verified entitlement; those legacy plans remain managed under your Apple Account and Subscriptions.
Veyra cannot view card details or issue App Store refunds. For a refund request, use Apple's Report a Problem service.
Sharing a natal reading
In a personal natal reading, tap Share reading. The system share sheet receives your chart name, full localized birth date and time, and the chart-derived reading. Only the app or person you choose receives the shared text, under that destination's privacy policy. Veyra does not upload the reading or receive a copy. Review the personal details before sharing.
Chart prompts use a separate Copy action. Those copies omit names, birth dates, birth times, birthplaces, and coordinates, though calculated chart details can still be personal. Veyra does not send copied text to an AI service.
Calendar export
Veyra asks for write-only Calendar access only when you add a selected sky event, a personal transit, or the next 30 days of calculated transit contacts. It never reads your calendar. If access was denied, open iPhone Settings, find Veyra Sky, and enable Calendar access before trying again.
Saved charts and deletion
Saved iPhone charts are local and are not synced to the website. Deleting the app deletes its saved charts and settings. Veyra cannot recover local data after the app is deleted.
Website membership
The website's Veyra Plus membership is a separate product billed through Stripe. Sign-in, billing, export, and account deletion for the website are available from the web profile page. An App Store purchase does not create a website account or unlock website membership.
